What services are available?
At Korea’s major airports you can (a) store luggage at on-site counters and (b) book same-day delivery between the airport and city hotels/landmarks. For domestic flights, KAC’s partner “ZIM CARRY” also runs Airpass: authorized staff pick up your checked bag at the arrival airport and deliver it the same day. Note for Korean readers: Airpass requires a valid flight and follows strict security rules.
Incheon (ICN) — Storage & Delivery

ICN counters cover storage, domestic/international parcel, and some same-day city deliveries; confirm final prices and cut-offs at the counter.
How to use (airport → Seoul hotel same day)
- Visit a Hanjin Express counter at T1/T2; check size and service availability.
- Pay and get the delivery receipt; keep valuables, passports, and batteries with you.
- Pick-up at hotel by late evening, or next morning if after cut-off/peak load (varies).

Domestic 1F Gate 5 Left-luggage, 06:00–20:50. Same-day delivery to many hotels/golf courses (check coverage at booking).
Prices (ballpark)
- ZIM CARRY (Airpass/domestic delivery): S/M from KRW 15,000 (~US$11); L/Golf bag from KRW 20,000 (~US$15). Final quotes depend on route/service.
- Hanjin (ICN): size/day-based dynamic pricing; some channels list weekday KRW 17,000–31,000 and weekend KRW 25,000–45,000 as references—always follow the counter’s official notice.
Booking, cut-offs & refunds
Airpass reservations close at 23:59 the day before flight (no same-day booking). T-Luggage routes (e.g., subway station → ICN counter) have route-specific cut-offs such as “drop by 14:00 → pick up at ICN after 17:00.” Refund/changes follow operator/portal policies.
What you cannot send
- Passports, cash, jewelry, important documents (carry on your person).
- Lithium batteries and hazardous items under aviation/courier rules.
- Airpass requires a valid flight and security clearance steps.
